Meet the Founder
Will Fulton is the Founder of North Haven Solutions, bringing decades of leadership, operational expertise, and entrepreneurial vision to the company. He is also the Founder of Dane Street (founded 2008), a national Independent Medical Exam (IME) and Peer Review organization originally established in Boston, MA, and now headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Dane Street focuses exclusively on providing credible, objective, and timely examinations and reviews, processing over 200,000 referrals annually for national and regional insurance carriers, third-party administrators, managed care organizations, and federal and state entities.
Prior to founding Dane Street and North Haven, Will served as COO for Innovation Group, North America, a global provider of Business Process Outsourcing services for the insurance industry, overseeing operations, call centers, process management, network management, and business development.
Before Innovation Group, Will held key management positions at First Notice Systems — the nation’s premier provider of First Notice of Loss services — starting in 1996. As President, he led the company’s acquisition by Innovation Group in 2006. Early in his career, he was a top sales performer at Individual, Inc. and Spinnaker Software.
Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont. Across his ventures, he has demonstrated a consistent commitment to operational excellence, client-focused service, and building organizations that simplify processes and deliver measurable results.
